Our wire forming machines are capable of forming round wire from .030" diameter up to .312" diameter, with a maximum length of material up to 30". This precision equipment can also form select, simple flat wire up to 2 1/2" in width and 1/4" in thickness, with a maximum feed length of 15". Due to the variety of these parts, it is impossible to establish a standard design procedure. However, a blueprint or sample is usually sufficient information to enable us to submit an estimate of costs for any wire forming springs project.
